In October of 2010 I started having isuses with my stomach and digestive track, and I struggled trying to figure out why I was in constant pain. So in July of 2011 I decided to join Weight Watchers and to see if losing weight would help get rid of the pain. In the beginning of 2012, I went to a dietician and I learned that I am now lactose intolerant, so diet really was my issue. Also with the dietician I learned how large I had actually gotten. I have set a goal for myself to lose 101 pounds as of today I am down 55 lbs and I am getting more fit everyday,
My new love is hiking and golf. I have found new places to exlpore and new places I WANT to explore. I know that the more weight I lose the more places I can explore and the more I can push my body. This blog is going to be my story of weight loss, fitness and the adventures that I have along the way.
In April 2013 I joined the Beachbody team and to become a fitness coach. Am I where I want to eventually be - NO but I know first hand the struggles of bad diet and I know how hard you have to work to get fit. It is a daily thing for me to learn and discover new things. My hope for the future is that I can help people accomplish their goals and to be in the best health of their lives.
